A girl-girl love story set in a small California Resort Town filled with minimum wage jobs, crime, a broken education system and little hope of finding a way out.
Since the death of their father, two sisters, Chels and Lena have only each other to rely on. With Chels baby on the way, making ends meet is the only option for Lena after high school until she falls in love and is confronted with her desperate longing to leave the past behind and hope for something more.
