Dining + Design | Decatur

Food and design come together at Dining + Design Decatur. Join Lyn Menne of the City of Decatur and local restaurateurs from Rocket Farm, Kimball House and Paper Plane / Victory Sandwich Bar for thoughtful discussion on collaboration, restaurant design, urban development and the partnership between food and space. The Dining + Design Decatur walking and restaurant tour will begin at Kimball House for oysters, drinks, and a discussion on design and bringing new life to an historic landmark followed by a walk to Paper Plane for more bites with restaurateur and designer/fabricator Ian Jones. The evening concludes at Ford Fry's No. 246 for a night cap and discussion on the making of one of Decatur's premier spots.

- The event will begin at 6:00pm at Kimball House.

- Guests are encouraged to arrive at Kimball House by 5:45pm, and use MARTA if possible.
