Package Terms and Conditions:
PAYMENT IS IN US DOLLARS. Please note that you will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to show date with details about our package elements. Any enquiries about your package can be directed to: lori@knightlightentertainment.com
All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances. At packagers discretion, Diamond VIP Gift item will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up the night of the show.
If shipped, delivery of gift will arrive after the show. Please allow a minimum of 30 days after your show date to receive your gift. Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.
DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED OUT THE WEEK OF SHOW. Package elements will be at Will Call. YOUR NAME WILL BE ON A VIP LIST WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO EACH EVENT.
These packages DO NOT include a ticket to the concert. Tickets to the concert need to be purchased at ticket master, venue website etc.
