November 15th 5:30 8:30 pm at Marin Country Mart

Come taste, meet and enjoy Belcampo Meat Co., Marin! We're hosting a celebration of some of our favorite things - meat, beer and wine - with:

Samplings of tasty treats featuring meat from our 20,000 acres of organic pasture in the Shasta Valley, prepared by Belcampo Meat Co. Head Chef, Danny Lopez

Tons of wine and beer from our friends at Yorkville Cellars, Brooks Note Winery, McEvoy Ranch, Napa Smith Brewery and Lagunitas Brewery

Butchering demo by Head Butcher Gavin Erezuma

There will be a $10.00 Raffle for the different cuts of meat.

Q&A with Belcampo Farms Hog Division Director, Kylan Hoover

Cheesecake pops and other locally crafted desserts provided by Pop Art Bake Shop

$35.00 entrance fee.

A percentage of the proceeds will go to the fire victims in Weed, California.
