Sonoma County Farm Trails (www.farmtrails.org)
With its mission to help ensure the preservation of Sonoma County's rich agricultural heritage, Farm Trails was established in 1973 by local Sonoma County farmers to create community among food producers and establish a stronger connection between farmers and the public. They continue to serve as a local resource, hosting Sonoma County's premier online agricultural map and guide. The group's signature event is the annual Gravenstein Apple Fair, celebrating the heirloom apple and Sonoma County's rural traditions. Other events include seasonal farm tours like "Weekends along the Farm Trails" in the fall and "Blossoms, Bees & Barnyard Babies" in the spring. Farm Trails is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization.

This event is sponsored by Julie Atwood Events, Zazu Restaurant & Farm, Slow Food Sonoma Valley and the County of Sonoma.
