Fables, Friends & Fruitcake!
Fables, Friends & Fruitcake! A Holiday Frolic in Old Town San Diego.
Its holiday time and the good citizens of 19th century San Diego would like to take you with them as they tell stories, gossip about each other, visit each others homes, and attempt to dispose of a fruitcake. This comedy performance is an immersive tour where the audience strolls about Old Town and meets some of the 19th century characters who actually lived here. Joshua Sloane is having a spirited Christmas at the Printing Office and stolen some of Mrs. Robinsons letters. Seor Estudillo will welcome you into his hacienda and attempt to discover why the Americanos are so concerned about a fruitcake. These are some of the characters you will meet as you are walked around the Plaza at Old Town San Diego experiencing the holidays and people of some 150 years ago. Take a stroll with us and discover a different Old Town San Diego.
