It's fall and time for the annual Island Harvest Chili Cook-Off! You are invited to Brickworks on Saturday, October 11, 3:30pm-6:30pm to enjoy a delicious meal of chili prepared by fine San Juan Island chefs, peruse the Art Market, tap your toes to music by the Rocky Bay Boys, and linger in the Brickworks Beer Garden!
Dishing up their best meat and vegetarian chili this year will be Cask and Schooner, Friday Harbor High School Food for Thought (the reigning Chili Champ!), The Market Chef, Talking Horse Farm, Mike's Cafe and Wine Bar, and the Brewer and the Baker.
Cornbread comes with the meal, and a press will be on hand to make fresh apple cider. There will be a fire pit to toast homemade marshmallows to create your own s'mores. The Brickworks Beer Garden will feature local wine, beer, and hard cider.
