Rickie Byers Beckwith is an internationally renowned inspirational song writer/musician, Music and Arts Director at Agape International Spiritual Center where she directs the 200-member Agape International Choir in Los Angeles. Rickie's songs include the instant classics Use Me" and "I Release and I Let Go" that transcend denomination and have become foundational songs of praise meditation for countless churches and spiritual centers around the globe.
Alyson Williams is best known for her classic R & B hit "Just Call My Name" that was a #4 hit on the Billboard R&B charts. The song, picked up by many "Quiet storm" formats, is now considered a cult classic and is still in heavy rotation. A Jazz singer by trade, she was born and raised in Harlem, daughter of noted Jazz trumpeter and bandleader Bobby Booker. Alyson was signed on Russell Simon's, groundbreaking Def Jam label, as his first female R&B artist. Alyson has also appeared on Broadway in "Rollin on the TOBA", "One Mo Time" and the "25th Anniversary Revival of the Wiz" Television appearances have included; Soul Train, The Jay Leno Show, BET on Jazz and the Mo'nique Show.
John Stanley is an internationally respected recording artist and musician. He is currently Musical Director for music icon Patti Labelle and has performed around the world with her including a television performance for Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson, A BET Honors tribute to Queen Latifah, The Labelle Reunion Concert at The Apollo and at the Inauguration of President Barack Obama. A pianist, singer, actor and songwriter, Mr. Stanley has a rich history in Country as well as Classical Music. He has had performances with the Cleveland, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles Symphony Orchestras
Fredi Walker-Browne has achieved success as a Broadway performer, theatre director, and television actress. Fredi is possibly best known for creating the role of Joanne Jefferson in the smash hit musical rent. Fredi has performed as Rafiki in the Lion King and Erzulie in Once On This Island as well as featured roles in Little Shop Of Horrors, The Buddy Holly Story and Ain't Misbehavin'.
Monique McDonald's dynamic stage presence and stunning vocal gifts have established her as one of the most beloved sopranos of our time. Ms. McDonald can be heard as the soprano soloist in the Grammy-nominated recording of Ned Rorem's Evidence of Things Not Seen, and in the role of Serena in DECCA's Grammy-nominated recording of Porgy & Bess. On the concert platform, McDonald has appeared as soloist at Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Library of Congress, and New York Festival of Song.
Yolanda Wyns is one of New York City's most exciting and versatile performers. As an actor she has appeared in the Broadway production of The Color Purple and as a vocalist she has appeared at the Apollo Theater, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and Avery Fisher Hall in New York and in venues throughout Europe and Asia. Her 2002 gospel recording, "A Live Recording of Praise and Worship," has received international critical acclaim.
Gayle Turner's Broadway debut was the role of Dorothy in The Wiz as the understudy to Stephanie Mills for three years. She performed the roles of Aunt Em and Glinda at the Maine State Music Theatre's production of "The Wiz". Gayle is a member of the Broadway Inspirational Voices Gospel Choir founded by Michael McElroy. Her performing credits include Smokey Joe's Cafe, 1940's Radio Hour, Constant Star, Once On This Island, Spunk, Little Shop Of Horrors, Abysinnia, Langston in Harlem, Black Nativity, New York Harlem Singers & NBC TV's Law & Order SVU. She received the Colorado Theatre Guild's Henry Award Nomination for "Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical" for1940's Radio Hour and 7 John Barrymore Awards for Constant Star directed by Tazewell Thompson.
