"Gourmet Today", A Lunch with Ruth Reichl
Foodies unite to lunch with the editor in chief of Gourmet Magazine. A signed copy of the new cookbook "Gourmet Today," edited by Ruth Reichl,(a $40 value), is included in the ticket price.
This four-course lunch will include wine paired with dishes based on recipes in "Gourmet Today" and prepared by four prominent St. Louis-area chefs:
Gerard Craft of Niche Restaurant
Joshua Galliano of Monarch Restaurant
Kevin Nashan of Sidney Street Cafe
Michael Roberts of Atlas Restaurant
Seats are limited and tickets are nonrefundable.
Proceeds will be donated to charity.
Ticket Cost: $100.00 (includes a signed copy of "Gourmet Today" book's retail cost is $40)
