NC TGIF - North Carolina Triangle Gluten Intolerance Fair
The North Carolina Triangle Gluten Intolerance Fair will be held at:
Ganyard Hill Farm 319 Sherron Road, Durham, NC 27703.
The event will be from 1-6pm on Saturday, September 27,2014.
This is a gluten-free and allergen friendly fall fun fair for individuals who are Celiacs, non-celiac gluten-sensitive, gluten-free for other medical reasons, or the community at large.
Our goal is to provide safe fun for all in attendance as well as raise awareness and inform the Triangle community and beyond. We will have a People's Choice award for best gluten-free baker and some great giveaways* for ticketholders!
One ticketholder will win one of the following:
- A free copy of Crave Bakery 10th Anniversary Cookbook
- A gift card to Patrick Janes Gourmet Pizza - organic, local, & gluten-free pizzas and desserts
- A free galvanic facial session with Outside-In Antiaging valued at $100.00!
Did you know we are also vegan and vegetarian friendly? There will be options and vendors on-site. Potential allergens will be posted by vendors. Each food sampler will have up to 15 minutes to demo and discuss their product with Q&A after.
NC FACES is a volunteer-only support group for food-allergic families and will receive a portion of the proceeds.

ONSITE TICKETING
A limited number of tickets will be available at the door:
General admission onsite: $20.00 for adults, $12.50 for children under 12. Sampler program onsite is $25.00 for adults, $12.50 for children under 12
View testimonials on the farm site and in social media. There is enough fun on the farm to busily occupy youngsters (and the young at heart) for 5 hours! That's less than $2.50 an hour each child - great deal!
GENERAL ADMISSION** (all ages) includes:
Full access to keynote speakers, authors, and presenters in the speaker tent. Short Q&A period after each presentation. The audience may stay to chat with speakers, purchase books for signing, and socialize.

Price also includes general admission # to Ganyard Hill pumpkin farm (all ages):
- Pick-your-own-pumpkin
- Crop mazes (non-gluten)
- Hay mountain
- Corn crib

- Cotton picking
- Browse gluten-free non-food vendors from a number of health, home, and beauty businesses in NC.
**All participants must wash hands before entering the farm or speaking area, and after viewing animals. Be a safe and allergen-free buddy!
