Film, Faith & Justice (FFJ) Benefit 2009 @ Canlis Restaurant
This is an annual FFJ Benefit to help raise funds for FFJ, a film and lecture series developed by The Other Journal (TOJ). To raise awareness of global injustices and provoke positive change, FFJ features films from the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and a slavery-human trafficking documentary called 'Call and Response.' Part of the proceeds of this year's benefit is going to International Rescue Committee (IRC) and International Justice Mission (IJM), which are two organizations helping victims of slavery.
*Both FFJ & TOJ are both projects under Mars Hill Graduate School (MHGS) in Seattle.
