Grace Church presents 3 PNW bands this fall in a fundraising concert series benefitting programming at Grace.
September 12, Saint Paul de Vence
Benjamin Doerr's band combines evocative storytelling, vintage style, layered melodies, and breathtaking harmonies. Don Yates of Seattle's KEXP says of St. Paul de Vence, "The band's dynamic, acoustic-oriented sound includes guitars, accordion, ukulele, autoharp, banjo, mandolin, assorted percussion and more, fleshing out well-crafted songs with warm, soulful harmonies and occasional anthemic choruses." - stpaulband.com
September 28, Eli West
Seattle-based Eli West draws from old folk sources, but his music sounds vibrantly alive. West brings jagged, angular arrangements based in bluegrass and old-time, but refracted through a 21st century lens. - cahalenandeli.com
November 14, Zach Fleury
