SLASH Festival
We hope you join Edible Seattle and Herban Feast for the first annual SLASH Festival, celebrating our regional harvest and helping out two important local nonprofit groups.
This casual afternoon party includes a smorgasbord of delicacies prepared entirely from local produce, shellfish, cheese and meats. The menu will feature the best of Edible Seattle's seasonal recipes, along with Washington wine, beer and cider. Meet the farmers and chat with the talented writers and photographers who contribute to the magazine. Proceeds will benefit FareStart and Food Lifeline. After October 8th, the price goes to $50/person--get your tickets early!
