ELYSIAN BREWING'S 10TH ANNUAL GREAT PUMPKIN BEER FESTIVAL

2014 marks the 10th year for Elysian's Great Pumpkin Beer Festival and we invite you to join us at our Elysian Brewery in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood, where more than eighty pumpkin beers from near and afar will be poured, including twenty or so from Elysian's pumpkin-crazed brewers and their collaborators. In addition to loads of pumpkin brews, local food trucks, pumpkin carving, and fall activities will be scattered throughout the event. New this year we are welcoming KEXP DJs Riz Rollins and Stevie Zoom who will be spinning up some funky beats for your enjoyment. Chaotic Noise marching band returns for another raucous horn-filled musical procession in celebration of the Great Pumpkins! For those who haven't been to GPBF-each session we have a giant several hundred pound pumpkin that is scooped, scorched, filled with Elysian pumpkin beer, sealed and conditioned ahead of time, then tapped at the fest for all to enjoy!
Beyond pumpkin beer, Orange is the theme this year interpret that as you will - but we encourage you to embrace that color for your fest attire. If you're one to bust out in full costume you may be rewarded! Each day of the festival, some of our finest will be roaming through the crowds to select a most festive bunch to compete for a very thirst-quenching prize.

2014 ELYSIAN GPBF ROYAL VIDEO CONTEST:
Beginning August 15, and running through September 15, Elysian invites you to submit your video*, letting us and the world know why you deserve to be the King or Queen of Pumpkinfest! We just ask that you limit your videos to 1 minute or less. You may apply solo, or as a couple (King/King, King/Queen, Queen/Queen whatever your pomp and circumstance.) just no pets please. Also, applicants must be 21+ as our Pumpkin Festival is a 21+ Beer Event.
