Wild Oceans Benefit Fashion Show
Join Cetacean Society International for a spectacular evening to celebrate our beautiful wild oceans and the species we work to protect.
Hosted by the Custom House Maritime Museum of New London, we'll be bringing you an entertaining night full of fashion, arts, culture and awareness in support of cetaceans across the globe.
Come early for our VIP cocktail hour, at 6:30pm, in the Custom House. Peruse the galleries, enjoy complimentary wine and hors d'ouevres, live music and mingle with members of CSI's board of directors.
General admission begins at 7:30pm and guests will have time to walk around the Custom House before the show begins at 8pm sharp.
You don't want to miss our engaging and dramatic fashion show on the Custom House outdoor patio overlooking the Long Island Sound. The show will be divided into three categories: trashion (fashion made from clean waste), casual and ballroom. All the designs are handmade by Rachel DeCavage, a CSI Director for 3+ years and Chair of the 40th Anniversary Committee.
Guests can also partake in a silent auction that includes original artwork, whale watch cruises, and a personal tour of California's wine country by the owner of Emeritus Vineyards in Sebastopol. There will also be great items for our raffle.
CSI is proud to say that 92% of every dollar raised for the past 40 years has directly funded the protection, conservation and education about whales, dolphins and porpoises. Please help us continue our work, across the globe, by joining us for our first benefit fashion show or by donating today.
