Turf = prosciutto, truffle oil, crispy basil

Dry as a bone. A crisp & clean palate cleanser. A little blast of fruit just for the fun of it.

SECOND
Escargot Pasta Salad
parsley pesto, garlic aïoli, wilted spinach, olives, bacon bread crumb, chive

Bright & racy. A super-lovely roundness that kicks in as the wine warms up a touch.

THIRD
Lobster-Pork Belly BLT
heirloom tomato, butter lettuce, cilantro avocado purée, fancy chips & schmancy dips

FOURTH
Wild Boar Ribs with Grilled Watermelon BBQ Sauce
