Cultivating Community Twilight Dinner--Urban Grazing Edition Featuring Rosemont & the Urban Farm Fermentory
Share the tastes of the farm with us at the height of the growing season. If you've been to one of our Twilight Dinners, you know the drill: a guest chef from a southern Maine hotspot cooks up some farm-to-table deliciousness. We often don't know what will be for dinner -- we just know it'll be savory and unforgettable!
This Urban Grazing Edition of the Twilight Dinner Series takes place for the the first time ever, on July 17, at the Urban Farm Fermentory @ 200 Anderson Street in Portland's East Bayside.
This Twilight Dinner consists of a tapas-style meal prepared with seasonal ingredients from local farms, by Rosemont Market's Brad Messier.
While you are here, explore the Fermentory and sample some of the deliciousness being brewed in-house (kombucha or hard cidah, anyone?) and learn more about Cultivating Community's youth, farming and food programs.
Come in all weather. Children welcome. Because it's a grazing-style event, specific dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated and Twilight Dinners may not be a good fit for people eating limited diets.
Note: A limited number of tickets may be available at the Fermentory the night of the dinner. Please see other Twilight Dinner dates if the date you selected is sold out (but note that other Twilight Dinners will be hosted at Turkey Hill Farm in Cape Elizabeth!)
