By popular demand, The Violinist returns to St. Louis. The story of Thomas, a 13-year-old boy with autism, takes audiences on a thrill ride of deception and murder, as a young boy must overcome all the odds to bring down the dangerous villains pursuing him.
The tale begins with the mysterious death of Dr. Neal Asher, famed neurobiologist on the verge of a medical breakthrough for autism. With his keen sense of observation and annoying persistence, Thomas uncovers the clues Dr. Asher left behind. As he gets closer to finding the killer, powerful forces at the hospital and in politics form unlikely alliances to stop him. In the end, Thomas must bury his fears and muster the courage he never knew he had to save himself and his family.
Directed by Kirsten Wilder, with an all new plot, cast and crew, The Violinist combines inspiration, humor and intrigue to shine new light on the face of autism. A live string quartet will play an all new musical score with a cool new song written by L.A. composer, Brian Arata (credits include Spiderman 3, Live Free or Die Hard and Shooter). Don't miss the opportunity to be part of this wondrous experience.
All proceeds go directly to local charity, Action for Autism.
