Get out your Stetson, boots and denim duds for The 19th Annual Mealani: A Taste of the Hawaiian Range & Agricultural Festival at the magnificent Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort, on the beautiful Kohala Coast! The event showcases Hawaii Island's grass-fed industry while bringing together more than 30 of Hawai'i's top chefs who will dazzle diners with their expertly prepared delectable dishes.
Culinary adventure seekers can taste and enjoy all the cuts of grass-fed beef, everything from tongue to tail, expertly prepared just for you. Enjoy familiar cuts like sirloin tip and ribs, plus beef cheek and the infamous "rocky mountain oysters" or bull testicles.
While "tasting," festival goers can meet Hawai'i Island's food producers at beautifully decorated vendor booths and talk story with ranchers and farmers who make a living growing our food. The Taste of the Hawaiian Range also affords local food producers the opportunity to hook up with isle chefs, wholesale buyers and consumers. Local music and entertainment will provide a Hawaiian-style "Wild West" ambiance for this not-to-be-missed event, now in its 19th year.
