Academy of Bartending: Cocktail Creation
Do you love mixing drinks at home, but aren't sure how to create your own signature cocktail? Here's your chance to learn how from the Holeman and Finch Public House bartenders. In this class you'll learn advanced bartending techniques; delve into more esoteric ingredients like amari, bitters and vermouth; and understand how to build your own drink from scratch. Lunch and cocktail samples will be provided.
