Exercise your imagination by taking it for a walk through Deer Lake park with Art Therapist Carmen Ostrander. Explore and creatively engage with the landscape. Draw inspiration from nature.
It's a walk in the park, an easy one at that catering to all fitness levels and artistic abilities.
Take a road less travelled through this Burnaby treasure, punctuated by short exercises designed to shift your perspective and connect you to your surroundings.
Limited to ten participants, with materials provided. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to get your hands dirty!
