For Seattle Beer Week this year we will be doing a five course dinner with Black Raven. We sat down with Luke Widtfeldt and went over the beers and along with our very own Chef Kailee Krupa we came up with a dinner you can't miss. We will be walking you through a whole day of food. Starting with breakfast and working into dessert.
1: Bourbon La Petite Mort 2012 Pepper Crusted Smoked Pork Belly, Duck Egg, Apple Pancake, Maple Bourbon Petite Mort Syrup 2: Totem Pale Romanesco Sharp Cheddar Soup, Chive Oil, Totem Bread, Parmesan Crisp 3: Pourles Oiseaux Saison with Bret 2013 Poached Salmon, Bay Shrimp, Butter Lettuce, Fava Beans, Crispy Shallot, Saison Dijon Vinaigrette 4: Trickster IPA Chili Roasted Quail, Cous Cous, Pistachio Condiment, Fig, Trickster Citrus Preserve 5: Bird Brain Barley Wine 2012 Heirloom Bird Brain Carrot Cake, Hopped Honey, Candied Walnut, Golden Raisin
This dinner will be $90 and you can get your tickets through Brown Paper Tickets. It includes taxes and tip. We will be starting the Dinner at 6:30. When you arrive (doors at 5:30) you will get a Black Raven Glass and will be pouring a Firkin to get the night started.
