Hear Scott's colorful stories and historical anecdotes as he demonstrates how to make Blackberry Honey Wine, Ginger Beer and Pomegranate Sparking Wine. You'll go home with all the information needed to make these beverages for your next dinner party. And of course we will be sampling throughout the evening.
Scott is an award-winning home winemaker and writer. He has spent much of the last ten years researching and making a broad range of beverages from across history and cultures. His approach encourages keeping the ingredients convenient and the processes simple. Just the way we like it!
