Oak Ridge Has Talent at the Grove Theater
You are invited to celebrate with the new Tennessee charitable organization "Friends of the Grove Theatre". A unique talent showcase will kick-off the mission of the new 501c3. "Oak Ridge Has Talent" will BENEFIT this important community asset that has benefited so many local groups. All proceeds will be used to maintain the Historic Manhattan Project Legacy facility as a Performing Arts Center for Oak Ridge and East Tennessee Organizations.
"Oak Ridge Has Talent" Friday, March 28th at 7:00 PM will include performances from our community partners and others who support the Grove.
From Classical Music to Top 40! From Show Tunes to Bluegrass!!
Comedian and humorist Tyler Gooch will entertain between acts.
Ridge City Ramblers (Oak Ridge Blue Grass Band) Traditional Irish Arts of Knoxville (TIAK-Irish Band) Emory Valley Center Puppeteers The Sound Company Smurfs Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra Mr. Alex Shor Oak Ridge Community Band Tuba-Euphonium Quartet Two Dances by Oak Ridge Civic Ballet Dancers Dance with Me, Youth Performance The MOOD (classic Rock and Top 40) Talent from the Miss East Tennessee Scholarship Winners
The Event will also include a Silent Auction and Raffle Items. Refreshments will be available for purchase to benefit the Historic Grove Theater.
