"A Mad Tea Party" with The Sisters, a Hat And Glove Society tea
An auction to benefit Camp Ten Trees, A summer camp for Queer Youth and Children of LGBTQ families. The Rainier Chapter House 800 E Roy St in Seattle. Mother's Day May 10th 2:30 - 6:00 in the afternoon. Win a tray of delicious dainty delicacies in the Queen of Hearts dessert auction. Bid on an over the top party hat designed by a Sister. Let the madness take control in a very unusual immerse theater experience right in the middle of Wonderland. You may even serve as a Juror or a witness for the Trial of Alice and become part of the show. "A Mad Tea Party" with The Sisters is a fancy dress afternoon tea within a living theater experience starring The Sisters and their special guests. Guests will be greeted at a silent auction and reception by The White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, The Gryphon and The Mock Turtle and a garden of talking flowers. At tea time visit The Caterpillar for seating upstairs at the 50' Mad Tea Table right along side the Wonderland characters. There you'll enjoy sandwiches and scones, a dessert auction, an over the top hat auction and a fantasy hat contest. Sit back and revel in luxurious tea service accompanied by live music and definitely some mad surprises. Big flamboyant party hats requested.
