DOCS AT NIGHT SHORT PROGRAM: MUSIC AND MEMORY
Ace of Diamonds directed by Anna Overgaard (USA/2013/34mins)
A Synaptic Adventure directed by Stephen Dijoseph (USA/2013/12mins).

Test you memory and see how it compares to two time US memory champion, Nelson Dellis.  After the program, stay on to enjoy the music by Stephen Dijoseph while enjoying a drink at the bar.

Neson Dellis was originally inspired to improve his memory after seeing the decline of his grandmother's memory due to Alzheimer's disease, and entered his first memory competition in 2009.  In the US Memory Championship, he took third place in 2010, first place in both 2011 and 2012,  and second place in 2013. He placed 7th in the 2012 World Memory Championships.[5]

This event screens in the smaller Naval Memorial Heritage Center Presidents Room.
