The Vetted Table (a MIHO Experience) will be going all out with an incredible meal featuring locally raised animals. Enthusiastically hosted by Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens at Liberty Station, this dinner will bring together some of the most respected food and brew minds from the San Diego region. TVT's mindfully crafted menu will inform some very special beer pairings from Stone, making for an incredible late Summer evening meal.

Guests will experience an exhibition of new photography by Jaime Fritsch, exploring a reconnection with the animals we raise and kill for food. Death For Food contributors Troy Johnson and Camas Davis will present.

Join Stone Brewing Company co-founder Greg Koch at the company's very own organic farm for a pre-event primer. Back in early 2011, these guys put their money where their mouth and conscience were, reviving this beautiful property now known as Stone Farms. You and a small group will walk the grounds, meet some chickens, taste some fresh organic veggies straight from the field, enjoy locally made charcuterie prepared with locally raised meat, and drink on a rare Stone brew while Greg waxes poetic on the philosophy that led to vertically integrating this farming operation. Photographer Jaime Fritsch will be on-site shooting for the Book, and taking a portrait of Greg with the farm visit group.
