L'Amour `a Passy
In LAmour `a Passy Benjamin Franklin is in France to negotiate a treaty, as well as gain supplies and funding for America. In his first nine months he accomplishes very little, but he meets and is attracted to Madam Hardancourt Brillon. They battle over love, lust, the bible, and the Queen; in and out of the bathtub over wine and chess.. Behind the façade of a beautiful country life her husband is having an affair under nose with the governess of her children. Franklin tries to help her, and falls in love with herin the process. The outcome is a scientific phenomenon you will not forget!
