Creativity in a Changing Economy: Entrepreneurial Solutions
On February 11, a panel of expert Michigan Arts and Entrepreneurship leaders will confront the challenges of the current economic climate in an open forum at Eastern Michigan University, Sponberg Theatre. Panelists will discuss their strategies in leading their organizations through these challenging times, focusing on: impact, analysis, response, and forecast.
Moderated by EMU Professor Ken Stevens, panelists will include: Tamara Real(Arts Alliance) Jennifer Goulet(Art Serve) David Austin(What is that? Gallery) Richard King(EMU Entrepreneurship Center) Ken Fischer(UMS)
The event will begin at 6PM with a reception in the Sponberg Lobby. The discussion, followed by a question and answer session, will take place in the theatre from 630-8PM. A post reception will follow. Interested parties should be prepared to voice their questions and discuss their thoughts, solutions and concerns.
The Sponberg Theatre is located in the Quirk Building on Eastern Michigan University's Main Campus. Limited parking is available in the Alexander Parking lot just east of the Quirk Building.
