Join us on Monday, January 20th for "A Grand Delfina Feast." On this evening we are transforming Delfina into our own version of an Italian backyard party pushing tables together and lowering social inhibitions inviting you and yours to come dine alongside them and theirs. Inspired by some of our most cherished folks in Tuscany, this communal dining experience will celebrate decadent family-style feasting featuring Dry-Age Bistecca Fiorentina, special dishes from our Tuscan namesake, Da Delfina, and the wines of Capezzana introduced by Bea Contini Bonacossi of the family business.
Tickets are $225/person all inclusive (food, wine, tax and tip).

About Capezzana
Tenuta di Capezzana is certainly one of the most important wines to Delfina. Conveniently located near Da Delfina, Capezzana is and has always been the leading winery in the region. They're responsible for reintroducing Cabernet into the appellation, distinguishing itself from Chianti and making it the only DOCG to require Cabernet in the Sangiovese Blend. The wines are deep and concentrated while maintaining that spicy cherry cedar quality which can only be found in Tuscany.
Like Delfina, Capezzana is a family affair. During the 1920s that Bea's great grandparents bought the property and today, the family continues to run the estate. Bea is sneaking away to spend an evening at Delfina and will be bringing some special vintage bottles from the winery to have available for the evening. We'll also have signed bottles of everything available to purchase retail at the night.
