Storytellers Pop Up with Tori Roze
Storytellers is a pop-up event hosted by Eco Caters and Green Truck.
Each event will showcase 7 tracks from a local musician paired with 7 courses of organic cuisine. Each track is detailed by the artist followed by the chefs explanation of his dish and then finally the music is performed live while guests enjoy their pairing experience.
Each guest will receive a CD, 7 courses, 7 live tracks, and 2 home brews for $50

Shaved Kohlrabi, Zucchini, and Carrot with Skinless Cherry Tomatoes and Onion Sprouts

Pan Roasted Salmon with Squid Ink Pasta and Pistachio
