Passes DO NOT include individual Autograph or Photo Op fees for Celebrity Guests.
All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshall. Even though your ticket is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity.
Infants 2 and under do not need a badge. Everyone else must have a badge for entry to the Convention Center.
How do you set additional attendee names after purchase?
Answer:
There is no need, all purchases are issued paper tickets, they are not attached to any individual. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Question:
We are purchasing the Saturday only ticket. With the Speed Pass sold out, how can we get autograph's from the stars?
Answer:
The Speed Pass gets you a priority line for autographs, but all of the guests will have a regular line for autographs as well. There are no guarantees of course, but the guests schedules are designed to try make sure all attendees who want autographs get them, time permitting.

When will tickets be mailed out? If I buy now will I get them before May 30th?
Answer:
Tickets are mailed by BPT within hours of ordering. Even on regular mail, most people receive them within 3-5 days.
Question:
We are a tax exempt group. How can I order tickets without tax?
Answer:
You are only exempt from retail sales taxes. The City of Denver FDA is a fee on event admissions, it's not a retail sales tax and there are no exemptions. Please see the link to the city's page in the event details.
Question:
My friend has special needs and would need to sit from time to time. Will there be chairs around for him? We both have never been to anything like this before.
Answer:
There will be an entrance at the front of the Convention Center marked ADA Services / Speed Pass, please use that entrance and go to the ADA Services booth, he will get a sticker for his badge that will allow him special access.
Question:
I just bought 3 days worth of single admission tickets for 3 people. It said I could change the names on the tickets after I completed the purchase, and nothing came up about doing that. Do the names of the people attending need to be on the tickets? If so, how do I fix it?
Answer:
Again, names are not attached to tickets, they are not replaceable, or refundable.

Are there any other perks to the speed pass besides early access and a special line for autographs?
Answer:
Yes, we will be announcing additional merchandise soon, after you get your badge, go to the Merchandise Booth in the Exhibit Hall with your Speed Pass badge to get you additional merchandise.

Can we take pictures with the celebrity guests if we have a single day ticket?
Answer:
The Celebrity Photo ops are open to all ticket holders each day, they are limited only by the time scheduled for each celebrity.
Question:
Will there be any Saturday only tickets made available on-site for walk-ups? Or are they completely sold out?
Answer:
Saturday tickets will not be at the door, it is only whatever is left at our Authorized Resellers.
