Rooster Walk 6

The sixth annual Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival will take place over Memorial Day weekend (May 22-25, 2014) at Blue Mountain Festival Grounds in Martinsville, Va. This multi-genre festival will feature rock, jam, bluegrass, funk, ska, jazz, Americana and other genres, as well as food, arts, crafts, children's activities and on-site camping.

Lineup includes: Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, (A Special Unannounced Band), Tim O'Brien & Darrell Scott, Anders Osborne, The Pimps of Joytime, Particle, Yarn (x2 nights,) The Lee Boys, Stephane Wrembel & His Band, Wild Ponies, Sanctum Sully, William Walter & Co., James Justin & Co., After Jack, Jon Stickley Trio, Kings of Belmont, L Shape Lot, Sunliner, The Shack Band, Big Fat Gap, Travis Elliott & Friends, Yankee Dixie, Empire Strikes Brass, Urth, Gunchux, Heat Run, Hotel de Ville, Buttertub, Mason Via & Friends, The Amazing Mongooses, and many more TBA.

Children ages 12 and younger free with paying adult.

In 2013, Rooster Walk was named the top up-and-coming music festival in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. by Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine. It was also voted as the most creative charitable event in Southwest Virginia by readers of Virginia Living Magazine.
