Hartman Farms Rabbit Dinner
Join us on Thursday, October 17th for a dinner featuring Hartman Family Farm.
Nightwood will showcase Hartmans' rabbit in a four-course dinner with pairings starting at 7pm.

Hartman rabbits are raised on a family farm, not at a commercial rabbit production facility. This allows the farmer to give the rabbits all of the attention that they need when they need it. They are locally grown in Fairbury, therefore they have a shorter butcher to customer time to enhance the freshness. Hartman raises New Zealand White and Californian rabbits which tend to have a higher dressing percentage than other breeds of rabbits. The rabbits are raised on all natural feeds and never fed any by-products, hormones or antibiotics.
