Chef Rene Redzepi: A Work in Progress at The Castro Theatre
Rene Redzepi: A Work in Progress
San Francisco, CA

Chef and owner of the world-renowned Noma restaurant and founder of MAD Food Symposium in Copenhagen, Rene Redzepi is coming to San Francisco to talk about his new book: A Work In Progress: Journal, Recipes and Snapshots (Phaidon), a highly anticipated follow up to the James Beard-award winning cookbook: Noma: Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine.

In the exclusive talk and Q+A, Redzepi, who has been named one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People, will explore his current approach to creativity, innovation, and evaluating success at his restaurant, consistently voted one of the best in the world.  A book signing will follow.

We are pleased to announce that fellow Dane, Metallica's Lars Ulrich, will introduce Redzepi at the event.

Redzepi will give a presentation followed by a Q+A with Chris Ying, Editor-in-Chief of Lucky Peach.
