Homemade Italian Classics Cooking Class
Sick of pasta? Join Bowen Close and Otehlia Cassidy for a fun, entertaining, delicious class featuring three classic Italian dishes. Get inspired by various toppings, additions, and flavor to add for your next dinner. We'll talk about tons of options to use throughout the year and whip up three delicious seasonal options to make ourselves a feast!
Menu: (vegetarian-adaptable, please note when registering)
- Quick orange-fennel salad
- Classic potato gnocchi + roasted golden and red beets and herbed goat cheese
- Creamy polenta + caramelized onoins, garlicky greens, and feta
- Risotto + wild mushrooms and crispy chili breadcrumbs
- Dessert: Dates stuffed with sweet marscapone
- To drink: Red wine
Cost: $45, with discounts for multiple classes (if registering for more than one class, choose the $42 ticket option - discount does not apply to multiple tickets in one class)

Fall/Winter Cooking Class Extravaganza! This class is part of a Fall/Winter Cooking Class Extravaganza! Bowen Close of Bowen Appetit and Otehlia Cassidy of Madison Eats are partnering to present five delicious fall cooking classes, ranging from ethnic menus to holiday brunches and tapas class (hey, it doubles as date night!). Enjoy one or all of them (discounts for multiple classes). These classes feature demonstrations and hands-on instruction, generous tastings, a fun learning environment, local ingredients, written instruction and experienced instructors! Space is limited, so register early.
