Not to be missed! The Peralta Community College District is hosting an historic debate on "THE" Trial of the 20th Century: The 1994-95 O.J. Simpson Murder Trial? The 1968 Huey P. Newton Death Penalty Trial? The 1972 Angela Davis Conspiracy Trial? or none of the above?

Moderator: James Brosnahan, Morrison Foerster Distinguished Panelists: Civil Rights Atty. John Burris (arguing for the O.J. Simpson trial he covered as a TV commentator) Former SNCC General Counsel Howard Moore (arguing for the Angela Davis trial he helped win in 1972) 2011 top criminal defense lawyer Doron Weinberg (arguing for the 1968 Huey Newton death penalty case) Each of these three trials was named first choice by at least one legal expert. The panel will also discuss several other headline trials as candidates for No. 1. The audience will vote by putting money in one of four ballot boxes. Vote early, often, ranked choice or single candidate. No contribution limits ala Citizens United.
