Green Sangha Awakened Action Tea with Joanna Macy
Join us for this special fundraiser to enjoy snacks, tea and community. Our special guest speaker, eco-philosopher Joanna Macy, PhD, is a scholar of Buddhism, systems theory, and deep ecology. A long respected voice for peace, justice, and the environment, Joanna interweaves her scholarship with five decades of teaching and activism on behalf of all beings.
Also including, Master of Ceremonies Bry'Andi Brandon, teacher and healer; Elizabeth Little, Program Director for Green Sangha; and Trathen Heckman, founder and director of Daily Acts, and President of Transition US. With Bet Muth, Master of Ceremonies; Debra Harrow & Stuart Moody, Green Sangha board of directors; and Trathen Heckman, founder and director of Daily Acts.
