WET THE HIPPO in San Francisco
Wet The Hippo, nominated for Best Comedy in the 2013 Hollywood Fringe Festival, is an edgy, improvised show featuring nine of LA's most twisted actors, improvisers and one concert violinist.
"This show should simply not be missed ...transcendent ...absolutely hilarious ...beautiful ...the whole thing feels like a jazz symphony made up on the spot by Duke, Miles, Coltrane and Fitzgerald. Yes, the members of Wet The Hippo are that good." Colin Mitchell, LA Bitter Lemons.
"...the most unassuming yet mesmerizing group of people you've seen in Los Angeles. I left feeling more confused, inspired, fullled, curious and stunned then any live performance I've seen in awhile." Aubrey Mozino, We Make Movies.
Wet the Hippo will play August 26th and 27th at an undisclosed venue in the Mission District. Look for the skinny violinist at the intersection of 22nd and Valencia at 7:30pm. The audience will be escorted to the venue from there.
