Enjoy a summer evening cruise on the waters of Lake Michigan while dining on a variety of regional Chinese cuisines from internationally acclaimed Chef Tony Hu.
This evening cruise begins at the beautiful Ping Tom Park in Chicago Chinatown. Check-in begins at 5:30 pm and boarding starts at 6:30 pm. Departure is at 7:00 pm sharp. The boat will travel down the historic Chicago River providing close-up views of the city's iconic skyscrapers. It will then pass through the Chicago River Locks onto Lake Michigan.
During the cruise, Chef Tony Hu will provide a sampling of his famous dishes representing cuisines from several different regions of China. Chef Hu, celebrity chef and restaurateur, recently opened his 11th restaurant-Lao 18-in the River North area of Chicago. He will soon open another location on Michigan Avenue.
The evening ends with a front-row seat to view Navy Pier's spectacular fireworks displays before returning to Ping Tom Park at 10 pm.
