Bubbles & Cheese pairing featuring Schramsberg & Green Dirt Farm

Join us as we welcome Alix Hoylman with Green Dirt Farm for an educational class & tasting with GDF's locally produced and award winning cheeses. And, of course, nothing is better paired with great cheeses than great sparkling wines. We will be pairing the cheeses with a selection of bubbles from one of California's original sparkling wine houses, Schramsberg Vineyards.

The class will include four of Green Dirt Farm's cheeses, four Schramsberg sparkling wines, some additional snacks and Alix's expertise.
