Learn how growing environment, surrounding landscaping, irrigation, and other cultural practices can impact the health and structure of oaks with Bruce Hagen, arborist and Registered Professional Forester and Steve Barnhart, Pepperwood Academic Director. This class will provide a comprehensive overview for those interested in managing oaks and urban oak landscapes through a lecture and hike to visit some of Pepperwood's many oak trees.
