Hump Day Lunch at Xam Yu

Xam Yu (www.xamyu.com) and Simone Frank have joined forces to fund raise so that Simone's works of art can be exhibited in China at the Shanghai Yude 2013 Contemporary Art Exhibition this Spring and Summer.

Proceeds go to Simone Frank representing Canadian Art in China.
If she is unable to exhibit there, the proceeds will go to other projects.

I look forward to seeing you. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and kind. The restaurant is immaculate. And they have a great piece on display that was recently purchased in China.

We welcome suggestions for menu items. So far, we plan to serve my favourites:

General Tao's Chicken
Cantonese Chow Mein
Steamed Snow Pea Leaves and
Steamed Rice

Jimmy, the manager, has also suggested a wonderful mushroom and tofu item.
