DRAKE JENSEN LIVE AT THE FLYING BEAVER PUBARET!
FRIDAY, JUNE 21, - 7pm DRAKE JENSEN
Drake Jensen, country music singer /songwriter and voice of the LGBT community in Canada's country music scene, is coming to Toronto for an up close and personal concert in celebration of Pride Week.
Jensen's debut album "On My Way To Finding You" was his coming out album and his new CD 'OUTlaw' is a giant step in solidifying his place in country music. Jensen is a proud, openly gay man who is not defined solely by his sexual orientation; a country singer who happens to be gay and not a gay man who happens to be a country singer. Drake Jensen has taken a stand to raise awareness against bullying and discrimination through his songs and music.
Drake Jensen is proud to be bringing his message to TO: 'I am so excited to come to Toronto to play for my fans and friends. It will be an up close and personal performance with my producer and guitarist, Jonathan Edwards, and my keyboard player, Doug Chase. Life is all about being yourself, and being loved and loving in return. That is the message I am trying to get across. But you can be a bit of an OUTlaw at the same time!'
