The show stars Sam Tilles as Wallace, with supporting performances from Sarah Youssefi, Olivia Zech, Zoey Belyea, Chelsea Taylor, Jocelyn Maher, Sydney Tucker, and Annie Loggins. This show contains mature subject matter, and it recommended for ages 14 and up.
YATC will also produce a one-act play which will be performed before the main stage production. On the Edge by Craig Pospisil, will be directed by Emma Kelley and Sam Tilles, starring Tallis Moore and Rebecca Mostow.
The Young Americans Theatre Company was founded in March 2008, to provide opportunities for young artists to be involved with the theatre outside the influence of traditional educational environments. Their goal is to create theatre that will speak to, inspire, and authentically provoke discussion within the young Seattle community. It was created by seven young adult actors, each of which has extensive experience in theatre, both as students and professional performers. Tickets will also be available from the Box Office one hour before curtain. Please email youngamericanstheatre@gmail.com with any questions or for more information. The company is not affiliated with Washington Ensemble Theatre, so please do not contact WET concerning YATC.
