Farm To Yoga, Suzie's Farm and Earth Mama Kitchen are coming together to create a truly unique event. Join us Sunday, November 3rd, and spend a relaxing day at Suzie's Farm, indulging in the best of San Diego's yearlong harvest season. Tour the farm with Suzie's farmers learning first hand what's growing and why supporting our farmers is so important. Stretch out in Suzie's shaded event space with a yoga class lead by the wise and graceful Sarah Clark. Following yoga, nourish your body with a farm to fork meal grown in Suzie's field and prepared by Kristin Klier of Earth Mama Kitchen. She will be breaking in Suzie's new outdoor Cob oven with delicious gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian pizza options; the menu will also include salads and soups made from Suzie's organic produce.

Suzie's Farm is a beautiful organic family run farm just 13 miles from downtown San Diego. Farm To Yoga is an emerging movement that builds community by cultivating a network of collaboration between farmers, yogis and local food enthusiasts. Sunshine, fresh air, heart-centering yoga, a delicious meal, building community, supporting your local farmers, does it get any better?

General Day Plan
12:30pm Arrival at Suzie's Farm
1:00pm 1st farm tour/ Yoga with Sarah
2:30pm 2nd farm tour/ Yoga with Sarah
4:30pm Dinner with Earth Mama
6:00pm Go home fully nourished
** We spilt into 2 groups-- half do yoga while other tours the farm & then we switch and meet up all together for dinner

Gold Plate ticket $90 - includes tour, yoga class, dinner and farm goodie-bag
Full Experience ticket $70- includes tour, yoga class, dinner
Dinner Ticket $50- includes tour and dinner
