Big Easy Roller Girls' Solid Gold Dance Off
Dust off your dancin' shoes and pull out your best gold lame bodysuit for the inaugural Big Easy Roller Girls' Solid Gold Dance-Off on Saturday, April 6, at The Howlin' Wolf. Your favorite girls on wheels, the Big Easy Roller Girls, along with local krewes including the Sirens, Organ Grinders, and Rolling Elvi, will be throwing down their best moves in an open dance contest - and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Team Gleason and the fight against ALS! The team that raises the most money boogies away with the High Roller award, so make sure to come out and support your favorite group!
Doors open at 8:00, and by 9:00, we'll be dancing to the grooves of the Lagniappe Brass Band! Later on, DJ Gangbusters will keep the room moving - spinning the best booty-shakin' dance tracks from today and yesterday.
