A Conference on the Supreme Court of California
The first conference on the Supreme Court of California will be held by UC Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall on Friday, November 14, 2008 from 9:00 am to 6:15 pm at the Clark Kerr Conference Center, UC Berkeley.
This Conference will provide a unique forum for judges, government officials, scholars, and the bar to discuss the work of the Court and to more about legal issues impacting the judicial system in California.
The proceedings will address the following issues:
-Review of Supreme Court of California's 2007-08 Term -The Death Penalty and the Appellate Process -Arbitration and Private Judging -Access to Justice in Family Court
