Parting the Waters: A Prop 8 Passover for Love, Liberation and Justice

March 26th marks the second day of Passover as well as the Prop 8 challenge being argued at the Supreme Court thus offering the perfect opportunity for a second night Seder focused on marriage equality and vital work of pursuing of love, liberation and justice in every generation. "Parting the Waters" will be a lively social justice Seder for a multi-faith, multiracial, intergenerational, LGBT and allied crowd highlighting the faith community's longstanding commitment to fairness and dignity for all souls. Join us to celebrate, honor and reflect upon precipice of history these cases represent - Get your tickets now as seats will sell out fast!
Individual tickets to the Seder (General Admission) are $18. All other payment amounts go toward offsetting the cost of the Seder so please consider giving as you are able. The Moses, Miriam and Aaron supporter levels all include a specific number of tickets to the seder, public recognition and a commemorative copy of the Prop 8 Passover Haggadah. We're excited to announce that Rabbi Denise Eger, President-Elect of the Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR), will lead our Seder on the 26th. She will be joined by too many amazing special guests, movement leaders and spiritual activists to name but all together, we have a great Seder in store!
