Big Shot

Playwrights, Joe Napoli Jr. and John Scacco have teamed up to bring their original off-beat comedy, Big Shot to the Dorie Theatre at The Complex - 6476 Santa Monica Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90038.

Based on the all-too-real tribulations of show-biz writers, Big Shot unfolds on the eve of what could be a giant break for two aspiring writers: a face-to-face with one of Hollywood's heaviest-hitting producers. As the clock ticks -- and with only one shot to pitch a winning idea -- the two embark on a frantic all night quest to find the perfect story.

Big Shot is a fast paced comedy running approximately 70 minutes with no intermission. The play is directed by Stan Zimmerman. Zimmerman has written for such classic TV series as The Golden Girls, Roseanne and Gilmore Girls. He recently directed the critically acclaimed productions of Justin Tanners Heartbreak Help and Paul Shoulbergs Pledge.
